Keio University Official Organization
Exploration Department
Keio Univ. Exploration Club.
Since 1967
For those who are considering joining the club
Welcome to a new college life.
If you have any questions, please also use the Q & A page.
Tour (all year)
The exploration department is open to all people with Keio Gijuku (university and above) enrollment. Regardless of age, nationality, grade, or affiliation process, if you are interested, please contact us via Twitter, Facebook message or email (kotanken@gmail.com). The expedition begins with that step of contacting.
Before the face-to-face meeting, the general manager and deputy general manager will hold a roundtable discussion that also serves as an explanation and consultation. Let's talk briefly.
On top of that, you can visit the actual face-to-face meeting in Hiyoshi multiple times at any time of the year. Many members join the club in the middle of the year and begin exploring. The face-to-face group provides activity reports and activity plans (short-term and long-term) for the week. Please see the activity page for details.
Visit to the new joy period (April / May)
During the new joy period in April and May, the exploration department is also engaged in new joy activities. Please check the latest information bulletin board (top page), Twitter, Facebook, and NOTE of this site for new joy activities. Information sessions are held face-to-face and online multiple times during the period.
Of course, the exploration department is open to everyone even during the new joy period . Age, nationality, grade, and affiliation process do not matter. We are also looking forward to the participation of people from the second year of university enrollment.
Iribe
After having a face-to-face meeting at the face-to-face meeting, fill in the prescribed items, receive an explanation, and complete the entrance. Welcome to the exploration department. A new student life will begin, which is very different from what you have been up to now.
On the other hand, joining a club is not as binding as high school club activities. Therefore, even after joining the club, if you think that it does not fit or you are busy, you can feel free to distance yourself temporarily or permanently.
Persons who can join
Those who hold Keio University enrollment and are in a university or higher course (undergraduate students, Keio correspondence course students, graduate students, international students, special Japanese language training course students). Anyone is welcome, regardless of nationality, age, campus, frequency of participation.
Basically, the official language is Japanese, but some members can speak English to some extent, so support is possible.
* Sorry, since it is not an incarnation, only the above people can join the club. (I really want to do that, but I can't do it because of the regulations of the university.) I'm focusing on interacting with the exploration departments of other universities, so I'd be very happy if you could join the exploration departments of other universities and talk to me. Let's do a joint project together!
